Disliked: Extremely dirty, you can most definitely tell that they dont have regular maintenance or housekeeping. Only 1-2 workers on a shift that is doing everything. They dont have a designated person for each task, such as house keeping, front desk, laundry, kitchen etc. they havee 1 person basically doing it all. They floor in my room as DISGUSTING, you can feel the dirt on the bottom of your feet, i had to make sure my kids were wearing socks at all times while we were in the room. Stained sheets, cracked ceilings, and the hallways have a stinch of cigarettes and marijuana. 0/10

We would book this hotel...

Liked: We were in Pensacola for a fishing weekend, and decided to stay one night. The Hotel was nice outside and very quite. The clerk that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Just what we were looking for.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming but this hotel is very very poorly kept.
Disliked: I walked into my room immediately killed a roach, the tv sound didn’t work, the hot water in kitchenette didn’t work, it was very uncomfortable and uneasy feeling. I had driven 11 hours with a baby and he did not like being there.
