Disliked: The person at the desk during checkout was dealing with some frustrated guests and was both rather rude to them and extremely slow.

Stinky sinks and moldy pools.

Liked: It was walking distance to the convention center.
Disliked: Ghe room was dirty, the pool was closed because of mold and the breakfast they advertised was cold coffee and packets of instant oatmeal.

Disliked: It seemed dated, run down, there were dodgy looking people wandering around. “Breakfast” was muffins and a museli bar (I’m gluten free so nothing for me). As a lone female actually felt unsafe and cancelled my second night.

Liked: I liked how close it was to the airport and convention center.
Disliked: It was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and the pool was closed because of algae.

Liked: Good location, about a 10 minute walk to Palm Springs downtown strip. Price was reasonable for stagecoach timing. This hotel has a lot of potential if the maintenance and upkeep standards were better.
Disliked: The property maintenance was unfortunately majorly lacking. The room itself appeared clean, but whatever the floors were washed with left a sticky residue. We noticed pet food in behind the tv stand/cabinet, so those are not being pulled out to clean. The tap on our bathroom sink was not attached so we had to be very careful turning it on and off or it would fly off. We had a kitchen but the cupboards were empty and we had to ask for items that they did not have readily available, it took them some time but they were able to put together a few items of cookware and plates for us. We had no housekeeping offered during our week stay and frequently had to visit the front desk for clean towels, and request basic care items that the room did not come stocked with like soaps, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Often there were no staff at the front desk. We emptied our own room garbages and brought them outside into the hallways. The pool was dirty, the water was quite murky and brown, we unfortunately didn’t go in it once which was a bummer for being in Palm Springs. The back door from the pool area back into the hotel was broken and we couldn’t always get in that way, a staff member told us there was an attempted break in a few weeks prior and that is why it was damaged. Multiple times our rooms keys would stop working and we had to go get new ones. The continental breakfast was a small side table with some coffee, packaged muffins, and granola bars.
