Good

Liked: The room is spacious, had a lot of natural light. It's old and all but I liked the bed and size. It had all that I needed. The location is great. Close to everything. Tony was very helpful.
Disliked: No dishes.

Exceptional

Absolutely disgusting drug den

Liked: Absolutely nothing. We didn't even stay and I'm still fighting for a refund
Disliked: The room in the property were disgusting and had drug paraphernalia all over them The smell was horrendous absolutely insane

Pleasant

Liked: The beds and the kitchenette were comfy & useful. Location from Aquatica/SeaWorld was great too. The price for the above mentioned was worth it. We even had pool view.
Disliked: The shower head could not be hung up, only held by hand. Tub was raggedy. Didn't like that breakfast was grab and go then had NO sort of juice or water options. Front Desk lady, although nice, was always missing from upfront & hard to get ahold of & at some point i wanted to know start & end hours of breakfast & had no where to seek such information. No posted signage or anything. Last dislike would probably be that dishes had to be requested. Both sure if they had to be paid for but given how staff seemed to be non existent, I could only guess how difficult that would have been to request.

Could have done better.

Liked: Grab and go breakfast available.
Disliked: Didn’t smell pleasant in rooms or hotel. Dishwasher was screwed shut to where you couldn’t use it. And you had to request kitchen utensils. Carpets were nasty and the bathrooms were poor.

Don't go

Liked: Nothing everything was a lie
Disliked: They sold my room even though I paid full price in advance. Stuck us in a room with one bed. The microwave did not work had to go heat my kids food in their break room also couldn't speak to the manager he didn't want to talk to anyone. Breakfast was not a breakfast it was a muffin or nutrigrain bar and coffee overall sucked and had roaches huge ones

Liked: The price was nice
Disliked: The carpet was absolutely disgusting. Felt dirty and made your feet black. Stayed one night.

Poor

Liked: The people that work there were nice and the exercise room that's about it oh and the bed was comfy and couch
Disliked: Florida was staying things were broken breakfast was just muffins and oatmeal I could have bought that myself and stayed in a cheaper hotel and had a nicer breakfast vending machine to get snacks broken it was dirty everywhere
