Wouid not stay again

Liked: Staff helpful
Disliked: Bedding was dirty and had to be replaced . Very dark decor and depressing

Disliked: The short heavy set female front desk worker is rude. She works in the mornings and seems unhappy with her life.

Location staff is good, corporate...

Liked: The rooms are large and they keep it pretty clean the manager. John was very courteous and professional.
Disliked: The pool of the time was waiting to be inspected by the county so that cannot be used. The corporate team did come through the property and was not very nice but the location staff were polite and courteous and felt welcoming and we’re professional the executive staff that came through doing an inspection or not kind and put a bad taste in her mouth, resulting in as checking out early

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Staff here was wonderful they're very accommodating the rooms were awesome everything worked it was so comfortable the beds were so soft and comfortable I loved it I'd like to thank Juan Eric rose Blanca Cynthia and the hotel manager John for everything come stay here you'll like it too

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly. Always greeted us with a smile.And was very understanding about my concerns.
Disliked: I did not like that the pool was closed. Nowhere on the site Did it mention that the pool was out of order. I also didn't appreciate the fact that I had to go buy my own pots and pans. The police arrived several times for several different reasons.

Disliked: The hotel was disgustingly nasty. I checked in and immediately asked for a refund.

Liked: The location and facility was clean
Disliked: There wasn't any cooking utensils(pots,pans,spoons) had to ask but none were available so we wasted money buying food. Just a suggestion that there should be enough for each room so it wouldn't be a problem in the future with anyone wasting money on food or let them know that upon booking..
