Needless to say, my family...

Liked: The staff were friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: The room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. And the sofa bed was stained all over.

Liked: I liked the price and the comfort of the bed.
Disliked: The rugs have definitely seen better days and there's an odor in the hallways that should be addressed.

Dirty ! Smelly !

Liked: I liked that there was view of the pool .
Disliked: For starters the trash can outside the hotel double doors was overflowing with trash. The room smelled like a dirty dog you can tell the previous occupant had pets and nothing was done to even mask the smell. The sofa bed sheets were not changed it was disgusting with dirt, crumbs and hair. My feet were black from walking around on the dirty floors that also was not cleaned. For the price I was expecting it to be cleaned and decent but you can tell the workers are lazy. The Asian woman who was going door to door for check out looked like she had an attitude. The hotel has potential but cleanliness should definitely be a top priority. Especially with COVID and the Flu going around.
