Terrible hotel and I will...

Liked: The price was great but the old expression "you get what you pay for" definitely applied to this hotel. The location was good but the place overall was terrible.
Disliked: The hotel was very rundown, dirty and not taken care of by the staff. They are doing a remodel, which should help, but there is no excuse for having dirty common areas, hallways that were not vacuumed once during our 4-night visit, trash all over the outdoor grounds, and overflowing trash cans. The rooms were not cleaned with soda sprayed on the walls and carpets that were just nasty. The toilet paper holder was broken so the paper was just sitting on the back of the toilet, the microwave had so much rust and corrosion in it I am surprised it worked, the counters in the kitchen were peeling, the frig was also very old with corrosion, the "grab and go" breakfast was an absolute joke being a basket of nutrigrain bars and package of small muffins, the exercise room was anything but with only a treadmill, elipical, and bike shoved into a super small room. I would never stay at this location again or if this is how Extended Stay hotels operate any of them.

Liked: It was close to attractions and restaurants
Disliked: It was very worn out. Looked old and in need of work. Pool was dirty and there were cigarette butts all over the outside of the pool. The room we booked was unavailable and we had to take a room with double beds.

Cheap price and even cheaper...

Liked: It was close to Epic universe and had a kitchen set up.
Disliked: Advertised they had breakfast and breakfast was a packaged mini muffin that was stale and coffee. The hot tub had caution tape around it with two feet of green water in it. Out bathroom had a dead cockroach in it when we walked in and the room was beyond humid.

Liked: Comfortable beds, big rooms, elevator.
Disliked: Smelly floors, corridor, smelled wierd. Staff was bad. I arrived late at 3am she saw me waiting at the door didnt open it for a while, after she opened the door went inside and didnt come for 10min to make check in, definitely didnt care for us.Pool was closed 3 days that i stayed there..some people even check out earlier coz it was important to them

Liked: It was not far from my event
Disliked: My wife called at like 9am and asked if there was a possibility of us checking in early so we was driving all night they said possibly at 1pm then when we got there at noon they made us wait in the lobby with a full luggage Cart till 2:30 then when we checked in we noticed that the drain in the tub was clogged after showering brought it to there attention they put it on the maintenance list but come Friday they never showed so my wife pulled the plug and found a big old hair ball and that fixed it but otherwise wish you had a bigger coffee..

Disliked: Too dirty! Strong weed smell, cockroaches everywhere, terrible!
