Low key but cheap

Liked: This is a low-key and cost-effective option which is very spacious and feels a bit more "home" than the bigger hotels near the Convention Centre.
Disliked: The condition of some parts of the room was not good, and I had an aircon leaking water which eventually led to a mouldy/musty smell in the room.Also despite claims of no smoking there were people smoking dope somewhere near the room.

Liked: location and parking were good. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: AC was non functional in first room. It is time to update the rooms.

Liked: the room was rather large, breakfast was below expectation, just coffee and a muffin no water or jus offered
Disliked: breakfast was below expectation, just coffee and a muffin no water or jus offered and the one vending machine wasn't working however taking my credit card money but didnt get me a bottle of water

Disliked: I didn't like anything, super bad atmosphere and marijuana stinks throughout the hotel, everything very dirty, terrible rooms, no trash can.the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life

Disliked: The property was very dirty no breakfast was served even though on the booking.com it advertised it did have breakfast. The bathroom curtain holder was all rusted . Rooms looked very deteriorated and the smell was horrible. Had to shower with flip flops because I just did not feel I was in a clean room. Only thing was good was AC in room !

Unless you want homeless people...

Disliked: My room had mold in the bathroom, there was constantly people sleeping I'm the stairwells. People would keep the doors propped open at all hours so anyone could come in at anytime. People smoking pot in the halls, their rooms, in the parking lot. I witnessed many times People doing heavy drugs in the parking lot. Prostitution was very heavy in this hotel. Staff did absolutely nothing about any of the issues reported. It's an unsafe hotel that smells like human feces and pot. 0/10 this place needs to be shut down for mass cleaning and new management.

Disliked: Seemed dirty, door knob was broken in the bathroom, broken vanity sink, pull out couch was FILTHY and NOT sleep-able was told that if I would have checked it when I got there they would have switched rooms but since it was night time they couldn’t. My bad for not needing the pull out bed prior to going to sleep.
