The smell was so bad...

Liked: The location
Disliked: Walked into my room to find the bathtub running, lights on and a screwdriver in the bathtub. Requested a different room; bathtub water running and would not turn off. 3rd room- smelled like stale cigarettes and mildew.

Disliked: Breakfast was only coffee and some cupcakes . The hallway smelled like pot; really strong.

Disliked: The room had a strong nasty smell. Roaches were everywhere in the room and there was no kitchenware. Probably would not have used any kitchenware due to the roaches. No breakfast or coffee was provided. Many homeless persons were inside the facility and outside the facility.

They should demolish it and...

Disliked: It was the worst place i have ever stayed i just want to let yall know that the staff or hotel management wont do ANYTHING for you. They will write here that they will try to make the place better and not do a THING! Rooms were filthy, hallways were creepy af, lobby stinks horribly, and the people that were around looked like drug addicts and prepaids. Im sorry it sounds horrible i know but thats how bad the place was. The receptionist told me that i could stay for a whole week and i literally told him “well if you want to get me out of the hotel in an ambulance i will be most than glad to stay” my dad, my little brother and me ended with a really bad asthma that night it was very very bad experience

Low key but cheap

Liked: This is a low-key and cost-effective option which is very spacious and feels a bit more "home" than the bigger hotels near the Convention Centre.
Disliked: The condition of some parts of the room was not good, and I had an aircon leaking water which eventually led to a mouldy/musty smell in the room.Also despite claims of no smoking there were people smoking dope somewhere near the room.

Liked: location and parking were good. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: AC was non functional in first room. It is time to update the rooms.
