Disliked: Everything infested with roaches huge holes in the walls and doors water pressure sucks. Staff no where to be found. Hopefully my refund was debited back to my card.

Uncomfortable and had to sleep...

Liked: The location is what I liked. The extended room had roaches. I had to ask the front desk for Roach spray. The blankets on the bed itched your skin and was not comfortable. That Extended Stay is not what it used to be. I had Mold in my apartment and I had to leave to get it resolved that's the reason I was there. I hated it.
Disliked: The bed, the blankets and sheets on the bed looked like it needed to be changed. The room have roaches and needs to be exterminated. I would not go back there again.

Disliked: This hotel was a huge disappointment from the moment I walked into the lobby, which was uninviting and gave me a bad feeling about what was to come. The room had a terrible smell when I entered, the floors were dirty, and the bathtub was so poorly maintained that it had visible cracks—and to top it off, I even found bugs in the water tub. The entire property felt neglected, and the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance was shocking. The only reason I stayed here was because it was the closest option to the Sanford airport, but I spent my time just waiting to leave as soon as possible. I won’t be coming back and would strongly urge others to avoid this place. The management’s approach to maintenance is a joke, and I hope they don’t just respond with the same generic reply they give to other complaints. Honestly, Booking.com should consider removing this property from their listings.
