Disliked: The carpet was dirty, hair in beds and the tub was dirty. The room had a funny smell like the carpet was wet.

Liked: Good calm location, good parking and reasonable breakfast for the price.
Disliked: Confusion on the payment, charging only partially during checkin and then midstay trying to charge the rest without even letting me know

Disliked: I had to change rooms 3 times, didn’t get any sleep, because that hotel is roach infested. I took pictures, videos and the desk clerk Josh came up and witnessed the roaches.The room was not properly cleaned, any of them and there was dirt, black mold and mildew on two of the refrigerators. They left me with bug spray, didn’t contact the manager for any compensation and all 3 tubs were filthy.I took a short nap and woke up with a red and swollen face and later a rash on my body as well!I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone and I own Travel Businesses.I didn’t get any sleep, was significantly inconvenienced and I had to spend an additional $260 to move hotels and for Ubers and I need to be compensateds by someone!NEVER AGAIN!

Great value for a great...

Liked: For the price in Orlando this place is a great deal. Very spacious room. Comfortable, clean bed. Good arrangement of space.
Disliked: Property is dated and hallway was pretty grim/a little dirty. Looked like it had been a while since it had seen a vacuum.
