Liked: There was availability on short notice.
Disliked: Rundown, completely. Terrible smell throughout. Kitchen did not work - fridge and stove both not functional. Cabinets smelled terrible, leaking water, loose wiring under sink. Towels were old, stained and had hair on them. They did not appear to be washed. Bed was very uncomfortable. If I was not stranded without a place, with my children I would never have stayed. If I was alone I would have slept in my car. There was also bugs. My original reservation with booking was for a Hilton hotel, which was oversold and I was turned away. Overall poor experience with this hotel and booking.com

Liked: I was charged for 2 days when I stayed only for one day. Hotel asked me to go through booking.com for a refund. I cannot get access to customer service at booking.com as there is no number listed anywhere. The online message gives an error message when I try to text in the portal. Please call me to process refund - [email protected] asap.

Too many residents being noisy...

Liked: Convenient location and good parking
Disliked: Only one member of staff doing everything ! Breakfast (or lack of) was awful. Residents were outside all day chatting and sitting on camping chairs being noisy. They woke us up at 5am shouting and chatting sitting outside the complex.

Disliked: The room was old, the condition was poor and the outside was always littered with trash.
