Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Katella Ave.

Enjoyed having the full kitchen in the room. We like that we can bring our dog next time. Liked the location next to the Honda Center - walk was not bad and was enjoyable.

Liked: Close to fun restaurants Lazy Dog and Tilted Kilt.
Disliked: No pool or jacuzzi.

Liked: The staff was very nice and accommodating, and you could tell they kept things clean in the lobby.
Disliked: The bottom of the shower/tub was black with ground in dirt (gross), and the window didn't fully close.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Close to Disney sure, but horrible hotel. Pictures spruce it up.
Disliked: First off, it’s right next to the mugging stabbing river aka Santa Ana. Second, it’s full of crackheads that clearly live there. Saw the hotel employee dealing coke. Never bring your kids here. Dust everywhere in the room, shower filled with hair, floor I wiped once to see, turned the towel black. Horrible hotel experience especially for the price. Better off getting motel 6 close to Disney. This hotel is garbage for the price. Don’t waste your money on this place. Always check your A/C vents as well, these were filled with dust and debris

Liked: The AC in my initial room broke, and I was moved to a new room after complaining for over 4 hours. The second room I was moved to had cockroaches and smelled horrible, as if the room was cleaned with dirty rags also the water did not get hot when I showered
