Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Katella Ave.

Enjoyed having the full kitchen in the room. We like that we can bring our dog next time. Liked the location next to the Honda Center - walk was not bad and was enjoyable.

Liked: Close to fun restaurants Lazy Dog and Tilted Kilt.
Disliked: No pool or jacuzzi.

Liked: The AC in my initial room broke, and I was moved to a new room after complaining for over 4 hours. The second room I was moved to had cockroaches and smelled horrible, as if the room was cleaned with dirty rags also the water did not get hot when I showered

I will never stay there...

Disliked: Toilet seat had urine and excrement on it. Room smelled of cigarettes'. Refrigerator was so loud we couldn't sleep. Bathroom was so dirty we did not take a shower. The toilet and sink had to be cleaned before we could use it! Longest 7 hours of my life.

Not good

Liked: Nothing!! I noticed a few broken down cars in the parking lot, one looked like someone was living in it; big bags of recycled cans right behind it, a trailer that looks like it been there for months, guys hanging out with there music on.
Disliked: It is run down, broken sprinklers water running down the driveway fill with algae. IF YOU WANT SOAP UPU HAVE YO ASK FOR IT!!!Mold in the bathroom, the exhaust doesn’t work, rust in the refrigerator.

Disliked: Security doors propped open all the time, no remote control in the room , remote given doesn’t work for tv, front desk unsure about anything, no free coffee, no coffee maker in room
