Liked: I didn’t like anything!!!! This was the worst and the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I would like to ask for my money back. I talked to the girl at the seat and she said the manager will honor my request. If I don’t hear from her in a few days. I will call her. My room was non smoking and smoke was coming into my room the whole entire time. It was so disgusting.. I told the employee I saw in the hallway and he said “we can’t control that, people are always smoking”.

Disliked: The attitude of the manager was rude and him trying to make there mistake look like I’m trying to pull off some dishonest crime on him. I did not like that at all. He never admitted double charging me . But at least it was handled. But that was not good customer service.

Disliked: We traveled with kids, so booked a room with 2 beds. There was no room with 2 beds. We were given 2 rooms but one of the room did not have shower curtain, no blanket. I called 5 hours before I reach and still no attention was paid to make the room ready.
