Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

Disliked: Arrived to check in at 4:00 p m. Took 2 hours to check in no personnel at the front desk for hours customers waiting in line for a long time. 6:00 p m. Came along went to the room they assigned us and a lady was still cleaning it after 2 hours. Very bad experience and to be located in Irvine spectrum area I would've never expected this . Very expensive for the experience. Hope we can get some kind of discount or something.

Just about tolerable

Liked: The location was just right for my needs. The closeness to Irvine Spectrum Mall was a distinct advantage.
Disliked: On arrival I was told by the front desk that my booking for a room with two queen beds was cancelled even though I had not asked for any cancellation. The person at the front desk was unable to say who cancelled my booking. After much discussion the front desk called Booking.com and I was finally offered an alternate room that had only one king bed and a pullout sofa. We were a group of 4 adults and slept with some difficulty. The next day we were given a room of the type we had booked. Unfortunately this room had a perpetual musty odor that we had to tolerate for the rest of our stay.

Liked: One positive thing was the cancelation policy - until 6PM the day of. That's about it.
Disliked: Unfriendly staff, the room smelled of pets, missing two lightbulbs.The "breakfast included" is basically a scam. Yes, there was a "breakfast counter" in the reception area - but if their idea of breakfast is to offer muffins and oatmeal then they're very mistaken.Whatever they offered would be ok as a free perk for guests, but I would never called it "breakfast included"...I am personally extremely "non-picky" person, I'm happy to sleep on the floor, and this is seriously my first ever hotel experience that I did not find acceptable...
