Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

Awful experience!!! I would NEVER...
Liked: Horrible breakfast options just muffins from the vending machines. Very cheap breakfast accommodations
Disliked: Bed bugs!!! We got bitten all over by the bed bugs!!! Horrible customer service! The staff at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all with the customer concerns!

It was convenient and economical...
Liked: It was a good price and the room was clean.
Disliked: I had to wait almost an hour for someone to be at the front desk to even be able to check in. While the room was clean, the outside area had a lot of trash.

It was pathetic, indeed!!
Liked: Nothing good at all.
Disliked: They canceled my stay for no good reason at all. They don't know why. I've been forced to look elsewhere. I'm hoping for answers someday to find out why they had to cancel my stay. The payment was not a problem, so I was 100% confused.

Liked: Very little.
Disliked: The bare floor was FILTHY. Short supply of all towels. I'm not even sure bedding was changed. The whole facility was shabily maintained. We stayed at the Extended Stay in Newport Beach earlier in the year, and it was pleasant, with no luxury, of course, but passable and very friendly staff. We've needed to travel back and forth 3 times from Texas in the last. 5 months at various hotel chains, and this was, by far, the worst experience. A
