Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

Disliked: the room had a strong cigarette smell when it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. the sheets were stained with ash residue. the bathroom was disgusting, dirty. never had I had an experience at a hotel where I take a shower to get ?fresh & clean? and get out feeling even dirtier.

Disliked: It was a very run down hotel. The doors were broken into and still kept around trying to ?salvage? them. Even the rooms are clean, the hotel itself was dingy and rundown which tinged a what-might-be a clean room.
