Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Irvine Spectrum

Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

Disliked: The towels were old with holes even stains, the floor had junk left behind from the last person, the shower was dirty, the room had a bad smell , the floor was mopped with a dirty mop. Etc

Liked: I loved that they were able to accommodate kitchen supplies, such as pans, plates, and spatulas. I was able to extend multiple days without any inconveniences or attitudes with the staff. My fiance would like to add that the hospitality was amazing and resourceful. And for the most part, friendly. Also, they are pet friendly and still, no signs of any bugs at all. Which my fiance and I are very sensitive to. We have been hotel hopping for the past year. And by far, this has been the best hospitality service we've experienced. In conclusion, hospitality, cleanliness, and staff are easily above a 10.
