Disliked: Poor quality packaged breakfast muffins and mediocre coffee. Kitchenette, but no paper, plastic or paper towels. Bathtub and sink with poor drainage. Dingy.

Wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the room clean and the beds comfortable. Pets were allowed and they provided free wi-fi.
Disliked: There was no breakfast, just hot coffee and a few packaged carbs. The "kitchen" was completely void of utensils, dishes, pots or pans. There was no coffee maker or coffee or tea offered. When I called the front desk, I was told I could come get some of these things by coming down there and carrying them back up to the room, but they would not bring them up themselves. Same when we needed clean linens. We had to bring down the dirty linens before being issued clean ones, and had to do this ourselves. The bathroom sink had a broken plug and didn't drain properly. We found a baby's sock under the bed.

Good location, nice staff, no...

Liked: I loved that it had a kitchen.
Disliked: There were not very many options for breakfast it was either oatmeal or a small muffin.

Liked: It had comfortable beds , provided some breakfast items
Disliked: There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, the fridge was dirty outside and some parts inside. No coffee maker

Do Not stay here!

Liked: Immediately on arrival guys hanging in the lobby talking to reception, not even greeted. It was obvious they were extended stayers but had no courtesy for those checking in. Stood there while they had a conversation. Proceeded to get not personable service. Gave me keys to a room and walked in and smelled like straight dog/cat piss in the room. Went back down to the same people b'sing and waited again for them to stop. Proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. Like they already knew that room was bad. Was like ohh well we will refund you and you can go somewhere else. I was like is this how you treat people from out of town? Proceeded to call 3 hotels and it was a busy weekend. I asked do you have room spray, rug cleaner, cleaning supplys, air fresheners so I can try and clean and or deodorize. I needed a place to stay and I was willing to do that. Told me No, so what you want to do?
Disliked: Terrible service, attitude, cleanliness EVERYTHING!

Liked: I liked this location is close to seal beach. I had to visit my 91 year old mother. Short-notice travel was required. I like that parking is included in the price of stay.
Disliked: The hotel can use a decorative update. New windows, counter tops, furniture, USB ports...I was a little put off by the fact that you have to request items typically provided in other hotels. Such as an ice bucket, coffee pot, shampoo
