Disliked: I did not even get a chance to check in. I wasted my money and these places. Staff were NOT helpful.

Liked: I didn't like my experience at all. While I was checking in, another guest was checking out immediately after arriving. She mentioned that the place was infested with roaches. The woman at the front desk asked me if I was sure I wanted to check in, as the guest's complaint was accurate. She insisted that I trust her because she was being honest and not lying. I appreciated her honesty, but it made me feel awkward. I've never encountered something like this, especially while checking into a place where I was supposed to stay. I didn't feel safe either. Long story short, we didn't check in due to her and I hope to get my well-deserved refund.
