While the room was acceptable,...
Liked: How spacious the room was.
Disliked: It's absolutely wild breakfast was not offered.

The stay didn’t fully meet...
Liked: The bed linens and towels were clean, which we appreciated.
Disliked: We booked a room for 4 people, but due to overbooking, our reserved room wasn’t available. We were given the only option left — a room with one bed and a small sofa. Since it was late, we had no choice but to stay.The room and hotel had an unpleasant smell. There were hairs in the bathroom from previous guests, and there was no kettle or coffee maker as listed — only two microwaves.Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Nothing. They were very rude. I requested my money back on July 18th 2025 n I'm still waiting for y'all to refund my money!
Disliked: Everything about the property n staff. Very dirty n rude. I'm still waiting on my refund from July 18th 2025

Not a good stay.
Liked: Just the location.
Disliked: The tv screen was so dark you couldn’t see what was showing. The room was so hot it took 6 hours to cool off. It only had the fitted sheet not the other one.

It was a nightmare!!!!!’
Liked: Front desk person was kind and tried to be helpful
Disliked: The rooms we booked were not available and hotel was not able to provide proof that we would not be charged anyway. Had to scramble to find a different place.

Eff this place
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There were cockroaches everywhere. I wasn't given the beds or room I booked for, and wasn't offered the proper room. The fold out bed was stained and I had to ask for sheets, blankets, and pillows. Carpet was stained and torn. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective. Horrible experience.
