Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

Passable

Disliked: I stayed in room 217 and the vent needs to be replaced or cleaned. We had a 2-bedroom suite and we were just there for like a night and day so I didn't bother to move rooms. Visibly it's brown and just doesn't look good. I didn't bother to touch it or go near it. My son has bad asthma that was my concern but thankfully he was ok and no flare ups. That would be my only complaint and that they didn't have any utensils or dishes.

Liked: The location was good and the two bedrooms.
Disliked: The room did not appear to have been clean. Only was given one towel for 5 people. Bugs were even noticed.

Disliked: The Staff when I 1st checked in...VERY UPLEASANT and UNWELCOMING. The Cleaning of Bathroom was NOT good, toilet didn't flush, when I tried to switch out my towels the next day, I was told there was NO more and they had to wash my used ones and wait for 2 hours before they will be ready! Very UNSATISFIED!

Liked: Location was good. Everything we were looking to do was close by.
Disliked: Cockroaches Screaming kids in every direction. Banging and stomping. Hearing a mother yell at her kids from the unit upstairs. Moaning and screaming. Walls are just drywall. No one had any respect. Garbage truck banging buns over and over again at 5 am. Worker using utilities room to head outside to smoke. Slamming the door right next to our bedroom. BBQ’s are never cleaned. So disgusting. Didn’t even get a chance to use them. Hallway smells of weed. Hallway is never vacuumed. Broken glass throughout the parking lot. Dog crap on the sidewalks. Ashtray broken and always full. Out door garbage always full. Website states hot breakfast was to be available. Nothing of that nature. Hot water, coffee, and muffins. Suite had zero supplies (plates, pots, pans, cups, mugs, cutlery, bowls, etc). Have to get items from the office. Do not supply any cleaning items (dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponges or cloths)

Disliked: There was supposed to be a pool at the hotel,there was not. You went to staff to ask a question only one of them had a decent attitude the rest were dismissive.

Disliked: It stinks in the hallway, kids that are staying there are loud as hell plus they were running and jumping. All I could hear was hollering, yelling and a lot of running. And I don’t like that fact that I had to pay for WiFi. I will never stay here again nor refer any of my people.SORRY!
