Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely trash

Liked: Nothing except location
Disliked: The property was dirty. They were cockroaches the people working at the front. We’re absolutely rude 99% of the time. One of the rooms was not cleaned before we went in. When we tried to talk to the staff, they were rude and nasty about everything.

Good for what we needed

Liked: It is near the Wawa
Disliked: It’s a little dated

Liked: I was able to get a good price for a last-minute booking. However, it will never stay there again
Disliked: When we first survived to our first room. There was hair in the bathtub and hair on the toilet seat and hair on the floor. The room was not clean at all. Switched to another room and the room smelled of smoke real bad floor was not vacuumed to the floor as potential and bathroom looked very dingy and gross. Very dirty corners that were very noticeable.

Disliked: The room was just dirty for the money I spent I felt like I was rob there was bad staff at that location..No real customer service.. it's the South Please and Thank You or How May I Help You Would Of Been Nice To Hear..Or Thank You For Choosing Our Hotel..Norfolk Has To Do Better As A City..People come and spend money in your businesses you can atleast show appreciation for the business I'm bringing to your company

Disappointing

One of the all time...

Disliked: It was dirty - the sheets in one room - I had 2 rooms - were so stained that any reasonable person would have retired them from service. The place was just really gross.

A good place to stay...

Liked: Spacious rooms
Disliked: The grab and go breakfast was a bit limited.We booked 2 rooms and were put in 2 different buildings.

Room 205 should be condemned....

Liked: The location was nice. I went there to see my son he came to me to see me at the hotel. The fridge worked. I can say that. There was ice cube trays there so that was nice.
Disliked: The enamel on the tub was cracked - walls in the bathroom the paint was cracked off - the cabinets under the sink were completely broken - the whole frame and the top frame of it was gone - when you opened the door on the cabinets - they fell off - the stove door was sprung and the oven door did not shut - i baked in it and had to sit and hold the door shut - the kitchen sink facet unit - when you turned it on- it was not connected to the sink itself - the shower - when you turned it on - it was always hot - or cold - no in between - there was one temperature the entire time - you could not regulate your temperature in shower - they were regulating it - when you walk in the room there is a sign that if you need anything you can come to the office and get it - i had no pots, no silverware, no coffee pot - there was nothing - when i went down to ask for items- they stated they are out of pots and pans and silverware - i was given 2 plates and plastic silverware when i asked for anything - when i asked for towels - they were always being washed - all i got was 3 hand towels because they were out of towels and washrags - in regards to the workers there - if you needed something you had to go outside to find them, they were either hanging out smoking and i had to go out and get them every time. - i moved the microwave to clen under it and i found onion peels, picks to pick your teeth with, old food, etc. I really wanted a coffee pot - i asked for one - it was so filthy - cleaned it - started to use it - coffee went everywhere - coffee pot didn't work - sad stay - very sad facility - you all should be ashamed of your self.
