Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

Bad

Liked: That it had a kitchen
Disliked: It stinks in the hallway, kids that are staying there are loud as hell plus they were running and jumping. All I could hear was hollering, yelling and a lot of running. And I don’t like that fact that I had to pay for WiFi. I will never stay here again nor refer any of my people.SORRY!

Liked: not great in the breakfast area and How do you not have anymore sheets when 4 adults where staying in the room ??

Liked: The room was as expected
Disliked: The room didn't come with kitchen accessories had to wait 3 hrs after check in time to even get my room, they were very limited on stuff that was supposed to be provided into the room staff wasn't the nicest or very professional. Trash was all over the halls, room wasnt the cleanest

Disliked: Ac leaks on floor a little bit.

Disliked: There was no sofa bed as advertised. The location only gave me one room even though I booked two and tried to upcharge me for the second room

Liked: The space was nice and big enough for my family. I enjoy the fact that everything was convenient and easy to access.
Disliked: There were roaches and trash left in the hall for days on my floor. When I addressed it, I was told there weren't any in my room. I even went to buy a spray because my children were uncomfortable sleeping. We couldn't use the microwave or the table because of this.

No pool, no smoking, felt...

Liked: I enjoyed having all the comforts in a room meaning the full kitchen suite was nice.
Disliked: For a single person carrying things it is difficult with accessing into the building because the door closes so fast as well. Also, you have very nosy staff. I only saw women, but whether inside or out they stare and watch you and your every move. I had requested a smoking room online but none of the rooms were smoking so it was very difficult to keep going in and out of the building and of course every time having people in your face just watching.

Disappointing
