Extended Stay America Suites - Norco

I would never ever stay...

Disliked: The bed was terrible, more a cot than a bed. The smell was bad in the common area and elevator. They informed us upon check-in that muffins would not be available!

Liked: The room I got was a suite and it smelled like urine

Disliked: The electricity kept turning off as the breaker in the room kept tripping . Because of it, we had no lights , no TV and no working charging ports. Notified the front desk and they tell you to open the breaker box and fix it yourself. I didn’t like the fact that you have to throw your own trash out in a dumpster behind the hotel otherwise you’ll pay a $250 fee. If you wanted complimentary shampoo or extra linens you had to call the front desk. The entire hotel including room smelled of chemicals.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel had a weird smell, transients were in and outside hotel, no pool, loud air conditioning in rooms

It’s a better place then...

Liked: Honestly the outside nice inside one u pass the second door nice as well
Disliked: Room can be updated couple stain seat was ripped up felt like I was in trap house

Liked: It was not a place I will ever go again it was bad in so many ways
Disliked: Nothing
