Staff was very poor

Liked: The staff was very ignorant.People did not work kind of generous or courteous at all.We just were not happy
Disliked: Oven was broken, no water pressure and bathroom.Just a lot of bad things

Liked: The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. My room was clean & nice.
Disliked: I didn't have the breakfast, so I can't speak on that.

Disliked: Cockroach infestation, poorly cleaned, kids UNO cards under the mattress. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. My daughter booked her own room with an infant, and she immediately came to our room, due to hers being filthy and cockroaches everywhere!!!

We will never go back

Disliked: It was dirty there were bugs the pull out mattress was black there were rat droppings on the floor it looks like no one cleaned in there except for making the beds

Liked: The suite was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the location was very good.
Disliked: The booking app charged me for my stay, and the hotel also charged me again, and no one wanted to take responsibility! This is the last time I'll use this booking app!
