Came in late from OH,...

Liked: The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. My room was clean & nice.
Disliked: I didn't have the breakfast, so I can't speak on that.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Cockroach infestation, poorly cleaned, kids UNO cards under the mattress. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. My daughter booked her own room with an infant, and she immediately came to our room, due to hers being filthy and cockroaches everywhere!!!

We will never go back

Liked: The area was nice
Disliked: It was dirty there were bugs the pull out mattress was black there were rat droppings on the floor it looks like no one cleaned in there except for making the beds

Vacation

Liked: The suite was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the location was very good.
Disliked: The booking app charged me for my stay, and the hotel also charged me again, and no one wanted to take responsibility! This is the last time I'll use this booking app!

Liked: Very little
Disliked: Floor was filthy, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain oven wouldn’t close, A/C sounded like 3 rodents in a fight. Lights didn’t work. Shower bar and towel bars falling off the wall. Should I go on

Great location but needs lots...

Liked: Room size was very accommodating for my family
Disliked: Room looked like a crime scene none of the doors to the bedrooms worked looked like someone tried to kick both bedroom doors in and one of the bedrooms the doors looked like someone punched it or put someone's head through. There was blood in the carpet. When my fiance told the front they acted like they didn't know. We had to lay towels on the floor to even walk from one place to the next even with our socks on. Kitchen didn't readily have anything that we needed to cook and when I got stuff from front desk it was dirty
