Terrible stay

Liked: The location
Disliked: The roaches in the room , They were everywhere all over the floor and walls even found some in the fridge they were crawling all over my sons cereal box .Asked front desk to move we couldn't she said she would send somebody to the room never did.We asked for a later check out due to the hotel we were moving to wouldn't be ready for us until 12 she couldn't help us with that.The staff is always outside smoking and hanging out with the other hotel guest.

Bad

Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting. Paint chips on floor, smelled musty, trim was falling off. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned or repaired in years. It seemed like it was an apartment complex more than a hotel. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Couldn't even walk out the shower without putting slides on due to the floor being disgusting. The outside door wasn't even secure, didnt need a key card because the door was broken.

Liked: The pricing was good and the location to amenities was great.
Disliked: In the morning found roaches in our bathroom. Had to go through the process of fumigation to ensure no bugs got into our luggage/clothing. We had to throw out food we brought and purchased.....

One word ROACHES

Liked: the staff was friendly however --- One word ROACHES I only visibly saw 4 live ones and a few dead ones and none hitched a ride in our luggage back home so far as we can tell and the bathroom and kitchen was not very clean around the floor areaoverall not a bad place if you are looking for cheap I guess you get what you pay for

Liked: I was not satisfied with this stay
Disliked: Well the AC/heat wasn't working the refrigerator was not cooling anything and I had to put all my persiable in the freezer to get cold and the freezer didn't freeze. The room smelled stale to where I had to spray to make it smell better. The staff was never at the desk and would have to wait. Need to do better and I did not like where we had to take out our own trash.

Save your money!

Liked: The young man that checked us out, I believe his name was JB, was very friendly and understanding. He deserves a raise!
Disliked: It was disgusting to say the least! Very dated, and dirty. We booked for 3 days and checked out after the first night. We would’ve checked out sooner but it was very late when we got in town. Too many issues to name but it was nasty!!!!!
