It was a convenient place...

Liked: I liked the young lady at the front desk. She was really nice and polite fast and efficient gave us all the directions we needed to get to our room.
Disliked: When we arrived at our room, we went to use the restroom. The toilet was full of poop. It had not been flushed. I took the back off of the toilet to flush the toilet mind you I had two 4-year-olds who will not use the potty if there is something in it I went into the kitchen area to see if there might’ve been a pan or something that I could fill the back of the toilet with so that I could flush it a little faster so that there were no accidents. The cabinet fell off. I did put it back on. I’m not sure if you guys have someone that checks the rooms when they’re supposedly done being cleaned but when we arrived at the room, there was garbage in the hallway across from our room that another person had to sit outside to be taken care of as I said the service was great. The young lady at the desk was great your rooms not very much to talk about just absolutely disgusting. There were crumbs in the bed floors. Probably could’ve been mopped because I put my grandson on the floor and his knees were black when I picked him up
