It was great for a...
Liked: I liked the location; it was right off of the interstate and close to restaurants and stores. The air conditioner in room worked great.
Disliked: The surroundings had a lot of trash and the doors from outside were not secure. Just anyone could come in. While the room was clean, there were a couple of roaches in bathroom

Trash trash trash......I ABSOLUTELY HATED...
Liked: I like that they would have wood floors but the floors were nasty sticky and the smell of the rooms was completely unbelievable from what I was accustomed to in BATON ROUGE PROPERTY on corporate. I RECOMMEND THEM 10 /10 ....NEW ORLEANS PROPERTY WILL SHOW U EXACTLY HOW JUST RIGHT UP THE RODE IT CAN BE SO DIFFERENT......THOSE PEOPLE WERE OUTLANDISH. I EVEN HELPED AN OLDER COUPLE LEAVE EARLY THERE STAY WAS SO HORRIBLE, THEY HAD BEEN AT THE HELP DESK OVER AN OUR TO COMPLAIN ONCE AGAIN B4 LEAVING
Disliked: That was the most horrible state at the extension and I've ever been to in my life and I have made a dedication I'm content creator I stay at extended Stay in Baton Rouge or corporate all the time they knock it out the ballpark they are definitely the example of what your brand should be those girls work hard they have a nice it's clean that I have excellent customer service they know how to talk to you they know how to multitask and then get the job done You actually could use those girls to go around and train maybe some of these other people cuz they're rude obnoxious and what you need to understand about your company and your type of corporation If you want to surpass all the other chains of hotels I've been staying in hotels day today since I was 15 years old I don't cause any problems I don't have any records I don't I don't even go I don't have anything negative on my file So my opinion already know means something to your company I even help them at times if they have an overload by greeting the customers hello and doing what I'm supposed to do so the customers feel safe when they coming in and so they not bombarded That's how much I love extended Stay in Baton Rouge and I wouldn't trade them for the world and guess what when I went to extended Stay in New Orleans that is the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life and staying in a hotel.

New Orleans Nightmare
Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Two giant roaches we had to clean up, furniture was old and beaten up, floor was sticky and felt gross, entire place smelled bad, had to be moved to a diff room because of obsessively loud neighboring guests.
