Liked: Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and staff simply amazing! Good location to reach both the airport and downtown.
Disliked: On booking.com, they include shuttle service and breakfast, but at check-in, I was informed that shuttle service is not provided, and breakfast is just grab&go coffee and granola bars "because of covid". And it was in April 2024.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The roaches the rude over night worker whom disappeared to go sleep in the break room. The shower barely had pressure it also leaked all night.

Liked: It was close to the airport which was very convenient for my flight leaving the next morning
Disliked: I paid for the booking through the app. Upon arrival I was told by the man working the desk there would be a $100 security deposit, but that it would be released once I checked out.. This information was not listed on the booking. I paid the deposit and when I checked out the next morning, I was told the deposit would be released. 2 days later I checked my bank and the deposit had cleared. I contacted the hotel and was told it would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. This is also information that was not proved at check in or check out. Also, the free breakfast consisted of a coffee pot, nutigrain bars, and instant oatmeal... again not meeting expectations of the listing. The bed was a single mattress on a metal frame that squeaked every time you slightly moved and the bathtub faucet had a steady stream that ran the entire time. The room appeared clean but I still wasn't brave enough to walk on the floors in bare feet.

Find somewhere else to stay

Disliked: 2 out of the 6 plugs in the room worked. Mattress was filthy and stained. Carpet smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The shower had poor pressure and there was no stopper for taking a bath.
