Liked: Location was great for my business trip. I was able to commute to and from Slidell and Covington with ease.
Disliked: After several previous stays with no issue, my latest visit from June 7–10, 2024, was a complete disaster. I came for a business trip expecting the usual quality—what I got was unprofessionalism, discomfort, and pure negligence.🚫 Room A/C was broken — 98° inside🚫 Front desk clerk refused to give her name🚫 Clerk entered my room without permission🚫 Locked out of my room from 9:30 PM to 1:24 AM🚫 Night staff appeared in pajamas and bonnet, unprofessional and rude🚫 Promised refund from corporate = LIE🚫 No housekeeping during 3-day stay🚫 Staff gossiped about me in front of other guests🚫 Refused to provide receipt for stay✅ I have stayed here before. This was not a first-time guest experience.✅ I documented everything, including temperatures, times, and names.✅ My company is now aware and we will not be returning.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.Customer service is nonexistent. The staff treats paying guests like an inconvenience.

Liked: Location was great, property was very clean, staff was great.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to ask for linen after staying here two weeks, I didn’t like that my room key was a problem day after day it kept deactivating, and I didn’t like that after 10pm the staff became unavailable.
