Liked: Good location, there were bus stops right out front. So I just took advantage of public transit while there. The building was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Close to freeway and the airport. Plenty of restaurants around to choose.
Disliked: We were out of TP and when we asked the staff said the truck never came. I ended up just buying a roll from a dollar store near by.

Liked: No one broke into my room. That’s probably the best I can say.
Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean, and some nights were extremely noisy. There was a smell of weed in the hallways and of dogs in the elevator. I also didn’t get my deposit back. At first, the company was communicative, but now they’re not responding. Booking.com is also not responding. In terms of price-to-quality ratio, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The photos are very misleading. I travel a lot, but this was my first stay in the US. I was quite disappointed. But clearly, this is not the standard in the US. On my way home, I got stuck in Dallas and for the same price, I had accommodation in a similar area that was on a much higher level.
