Wonderful experience

Liked: The room was comfortable and everything worked appropriately. It was a good price for everything included; small kitchen, 2 beds, ect. I was not disappointed at all. It was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic.

Disliked: I dont like the counters on kitchenette and bathroom. Dated The lights and no usb chargers on each side of bed Also have to go to office to get hair dryer

When returning,I would definitely reserve...

Liked: Staff and housekeeping are friendly, the location is near the Williamson Expo Center plus convenient near by restaurants.

Disappointing

Disliked: Very outdated and didn’t feelCozy. Maybe the vinyl flooring and coils bathroom

Disliked: That I couldn't stay, because no one was at front desk, door was locked. Wouldn't answer the phone. It was very upsetting.

Liked: Location was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room had a weird odor and needed some deep cleaning. Floors needed mopped, electrical outlet by the bed was covered in dust and hair.

Franklin

Liked: I had requested a ground floor but they had none left when I arrived at 7 pm. To keep my request, they gave me a free upgrade to a king suite.
Disliked: Coffee service in morning could be better. I wish there was more grass for my dogs.
