Extended Stay America Suites - Minneapolis - Woodbury

Liked: The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. Nice kitchens in the rooms. A good place if you're just looking for a bed.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was disappointing - just coffee and fruit bars. We stayed two nights, and there was no maid service.

Liked: simple and fulfilling, just to spend the night
Disliked: The room they gave me was leaking water from the shower, and it was very noisy. I booked the room hours in advance, and they still couldn't resolve it.

Liked: Staff was terribly rude to me and others.
Disliked: The manager and staff were terrible, I had to relocate to another hotel after paying a week, and I still trying to get refund for 6 remaining days I didn't stay there. Very bad management and terrible HR skills.

The cheapest room in town...

Liked: Staff accommodated my request for a room on the first floor.
Disliked: Bed was ridiculously misshapen and uncomfortable. Temp was difficult to control. When set at 64, it was hot and sweaty. If I opened a window I needed to have staff come in to close it for me. There were no kitchen items available except a toaster. There were often guests smoking directly outside the front door, making it impossible to avoid secondhand smoke.
