Never staying again at any...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty room, not my original reservation of rooms. Poor staff attitude at check-in. With no accommodation to match the issues. I should have been compted at least one room.

Liked: the people that work there very very understanding and caring with problems that you may encounter they will listen to whats going on and try to understand that its not all bad and that youre having a hard time and that Im having a hard time and they
Disliked: for the most part. I dont like that they dont have many carts very handy for moving luggage or groceries is this in the ones they do have is just broke down. Thats about the worst thing there in the small bathroom bathroom is very small. I cant even p

Unprofessional, poor planning, and dirty.

Liked: Nothing. We were unable to stay here due to overbooking, and no one contacted us.
Disliked: They were overbooked and no one called to inform us of the inconvenience

Overall it was a nice stay but will not visit again.

Liked: Breakfast was not provided. Only Coffee and Muffins were provided and it was OK for the amount spent. The location of the property was great and there are many restaurants and shops around within walkable distance.
Disliked: The property could have installed automatic air fresheners to keep the lobby and the rooms pleasant. The floor mats and the beds are not as clean as expected.

Disliked: Unprofessional front desk staff. Refused to bring up clean towels and requested that we come down and get them. Also, gave my ex wife my room # and contact info, and shes called me, stopped in tried to gain entry. No privacy or follow up.
