Liked: Staff were very helpful, even when our delayed flights made us arrive at 3am. Very welcoming

Disliked: The room was smelly and very dated and worn out. The kitchen had no dishes or utensils like most extended stay hotels have. The breakfast was very sparse and uninspiring.

Liked: Being only 5 miles from the hospital. They young lady that checked me in was very nice.
Disliked: It was kind of nasty. It smelled really bad on the 2nd floor, and some was due to having carpet. I It was kind of nasty. Liked: The reception was awesome. Excellent customer service. After complaining about the room and the order, she changed my room with no hesitation.

Liked: Absolutely nothing because I didn't even stay there
Disliked: Your app basically left out some Major information regarding this transaction. It was the middle of the night I needed a room and nowhere did I read I couldn't check in until after 11: 00am. And since it was 1:00 a.m. I couldn't check the box For Saturday 4-11 I believe I would still be able to reserve the room for when I arrived after purchasing and ended up having to go somewhere else and pay for another room with no way to cancel previous room. There was no option online to cancel the hotel would not cancel it and refund my money and when I clicked on your comfort customer service option to call all I got was another page in your website to look at in a vicious circle getting nowhere. Thanks booking.com I'll try Expedia the next it's 1 a.m. and I need a room far from home.
