Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: The room was smelly and very dated and worn out. The kitchen had no dishes or utensils like most extended stay hotels have. The breakfast was very sparse and uninspiring.

Liked: Being only 5 miles from the hospital. They young lady that checked me in was very nice.
Disliked: It was kind of nasty. It smelled really bad on the 2nd floor, and some was due to having carpet. I It was kind of nasty. Liked: The reception was awesome. Excellent customer service. After complaining about the room and the order, she changed my room with no hesitation.
Disliked: The smell of the rooms and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Disliked: Your app basically left out some Major information regarding this transaction. It was the middle of the night I needed a room and nowhere did I read I couldn't check in until after 11: 00am. And since it was 1:00 a.m. I couldn't check the box For Saturday 4-11 I believe I would still be able to reserve the room for when I arrived after purchasing and ended up having to go somewhere else and pay for another room with no way to cancel previous room. There was no option online to cancel the hotel would not cancel it and refund my money and when I clicked on your comfort customer service option to call all I got was another page in your website to look at in a vicious circle getting nowhere. Thanks booking.com I'll try Expedia the next it's 1 a.m. and I need a room far from home.

Liked: We ended up leaving a day early due to wanting to go home. The previous day my family had been out visiting with extended family and came back to my room being left ajar. It was locked when I left the room that morning. I went to the front desk where I was told the manager on duty entered my room to do something with the stove burners. I wasn’t shown proof of entry just told that’s what happened. There was no note and no visible difference to the stove top in my room. I was left feeling uneasy at the fact management was in my room and they left my room open for just anyone to walk in and take whatever they wanted. From what we could tell nothing was taken but, being management they should make sure the room is properly closed before walking away from the room as I was told that some times the doors don’t lock all the way and they pop back open after you leave. I was also given that scenario before being told management was in my room. I pushed and pulled on the door to ensure it was secure before leaving every time we left the room. Overall that stay was okay. Little noise from the people in the halls and front desk was polite. My main problem was they left my room open for I have no idea how long before we returned just before dark.
