Pleasant

Liked: This hotel was in a nice location. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked fine. Nice room size and sitting area. Amenities were nice.
Disliked: My door lock needed to be fixed and it took them days to do it. The floor was very dirty, and had not been mopped or swept.

Exceptional

OK for the price, probably...

Liked: Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Problem with room keys and original room, (door was locked from inside. Had to give me another room... Power went out and had to reset key on second day...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Supposed to be non smoking room but there was a very heavy cigarette smoking smell. Very unpleasant. Hotel is showing it's age. Needs updating. Would not stay there again. Coffee pot in room didn't work. Breakfast if you can call it that was awful. Plastic wrap small muffins. Rather tasteless and dry. Tried it once and never again.

Liked: I would never stay there again, it was completely terrible. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and this place was at the bottom of the list
Disliked: Everything. Except the location was only positive. I want my money back

Well, located for our needs

Liked: We enjoyed the facility, which was very clean and well managed the food stuff while we were there.

pet urine and low standards

Disliked: the main lobby smelled like pet urine as soon as you walk in.room came with 1 bed sheet and a scratchy surplus blanket. that was it. dog in neighboring room barked all night.elevator was covered in syrup and beer in the morning when I left.Definitely not worth the money. felt like I stayed at motel 6 in the middle of trailer park instead of a hotel in Brookfield.
