Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: The room was dirty, the fridge did not work and no one came to fix it or change my room. Staff was not friendly, rude, talking about their customers is Spanish thinking I could not understand them. I would NOT recommend staying here to absolutely anyone. Horrible experience.

Disliked: Cannot check in before 3pm, cannot use Internet until check in. No bathroom in lobby. Breakfast is paltry at best. Only cereal and brownies. No juice. The room felt and smelled damp

Disliked: My room smelled like mold as soon as you walked in and the vents were on. Staff was nice enough to change our room which had a strange smell also. I wanted to leave the facility by my husband was tired after traveling fromNj and said it was only one night. I walked barefoot from the bed to the bathroom and when i walked back to the bed me feet had a gritty dirty feeling. when i looked at my feet they were disgustingly black with dirty. When i washed my feet in the tub the tub was so black it was disgusting. I told the girls at the desk the looked at me crazy i informed them that they could check the tub i left the dirty from my feet. Thosefloors must not have been mopedin months. the countertops had burn marks. it was a bad experience. Will never stay at another on of their hotels. Nice looking on the outside thats it.
