Liked: This property is terrible & so is the management.
Disliked: The lack of customer service and common sense from the employees & management.

Bad

Liked: The room was not clean, had a dirty bathroom, had a bad wifi connection, and needed to go outside for a better connection. Nothing compared to the other ESA that we used to stay.
Disliked: The room was dirty and old, and there was no maintenance at all for a long time.

Liked: The staff was awesome
Disliked: There was dried blood on sheets

Disliked: Cracks in tube. Microwave did not work. Pest problem.

Bad

Liked: Nice area
Disliked: There was a woman named Iris? Anyway, she was at the front desk claimed she’s worked there for like six years. She proceeded to scream at me down the hall. I asked her if she was OK as she seemed upset. She lashed back with a smart comment and a big attitude. I will never return to this property.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was a whole that was molded, mold on the soap dispenser. The couch had a hole in it. When we brought it to management attention all they did was make a note of it but didn’t seemed surprised or concerned.

Very good

Barely an extended stay

Liked: There was not much we did like. It was cost effective and allowed us a place to get us a couple hours of sleep. The 11 year old enjoyed interacting with and feeding the ducks and geese.
Disliked: The mattresses were horrid, there was only one Tv, the water was yellow in the bathtub, and made us itchy, there was a spider, and the lighting was bad.
