Extended Stay America Suites - Memphis - Airport

The hotel was not the best in the world. It had a smell in the hotel. It was ok for just one night, but i wouldn't want to stay twice.

My stay was over priced...

Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned properly & linen towels were dirty floor hadn’t been mopped either

Disliked: It was filthy. There were holes in the wall. There was an empty Faygo can under the bed. The microwave was filthy. There was a drawer missing from the chest. The ceiling was cracked. This was unacceptable. We ended up checking out after two hours there because we were so uncomfortable and questioned the cleanliness.

Liked: staff Eric he never changed always maintain professional even on days u can see weren't good for him he never showed it unlike some staff
Disliked: Mya General Manager seem to always have a price difference with him when I did reservation with any other staff working no problem same price whenever I did with mya days would be more 7 days were 6 with him alot going on I have no problem with the LBGQ however it is but I see mya gave them discounts off the book stays no money it's ok type deals and then there was my problem Kool one minute then eye rolling stop being professional this hotel got alot going on terrible service bugs unprofessional housekeeping begging for you to buy them things from vending machine stealing out of rooms half cleaning rude save your money run!!! this ain't it don't come here waste of money and time
