Extended Stay America Suites - Memphis - Airport

The hotel was not the best in the world. It had a smell in the hotel. It was ok for just one night, but i wouldn't want to stay twice.

Liked: inexpensive
Disliked: Not clean

Liked: The staff was friendly and nice. Respectful.
Disliked: The cleaning in the two rooms wasn’t the bad because it was crawling bugs in the rooms. I’m not trying to begin the stuff home with me . No one came to spray the room or nothing when I came to the staff about the situation And I’m not happy. Even when we first got to the rooms the hallways smelled like an usual odor and weed. The hotel need to be rechecked. And deep cleaning.

Disliked: Marijuana smelling through out the facility

Liked: The staff was awesome, the location was easy to find and was clean.
Disliked: The kitchenette had mold on the door below the sink and seemed like it could fall off at any time. There was no remote and when I got one, it didn't work.
