Disappointing

Liked: Not a lot of anything.
Disliked: I had asked about handicapped rooms, and they didn't have any available. Then they proceeded to give me a room on the 3rd floor. After she took my money, she proceeded to tell me the elevator was out of service.

Liked: Everything ,the manager was very nice with excellent customer service I will come back again and I will recommend the stay
Disliked: On Small concern about the bathroom floor next to the bathtub was wet but wasn't not big deal for me

It met our basic needs.

Liked: It really wasn't a breakfast. They had a very small grab and go setup--oatmeal packets and small muffin package with coffee/hot chocolate.
Disliked: It was a much older hotel, but met our basic needs.
