Liked: The free parking.
Disliked: The front desk associate signed my initials. There was a crew redoing the floor. There were people sitting in the hallway, just hanging out on their phones. The place was dirty, it smelled. There was no phone in my room. The phone jack had been cut.

Disliked: Staff is TERRIBLE.

Liked: The front desk staff refused to allow me to check in even though they have never met me.
Disliked: The front desk staff is rude/unprofessional and protects/supports criminals. Front desk staff allows guests into other peoples' rooms without proper permission. Front desk staff allows dogs to be abandoned and alone in rooms without allowing owners to access them/care for them and/or without reporting their abandonment to proper authorities within a timely fashion. I didn't actually even get to stay as the front desk refused to allow me to check in after telling booking.com customer service that I could check in.

Disliked: The TV didn’t work, the room was dirty, not maintained, stinky. The people staying here and lurking around the parking lot, lobby had crack house vibes. Dealers, users and it was scary to bring my child here.

Liked: Price of the room
Disliked: The hotel is very old. There is a smell that lingers and it's stuffy. The room was a bit dirty. There were no vents. I decided to walk over to the windows and try to lift it up, but they're locked. We were suffocating in the humidity within our shower. I feel like that might be a fire regulation. Since there's no way to get out of your room when the windows are completely shut. When we got there we had to wait about 30 minutes, because no one was in the front.
