Awful, waste of time and...

Liked: Nasty, dirty place. Nothing good to say.
Disliked: Will never go back, won’t recommend. Checked in went to check out the room, and it was nasty. The bed was hard and the headboard had a suspicious stain. There was a squished bug smeared on the wall and gnats in the bathroom. Went to refund my money and they wouldn’t do it.

Disliked: I work at Woman and Childrens and wasn't able to go home after my shift, I booked a room and when I went to check in the lady proceeds to tell me that I cannot use my Venmo Mastercard to check in because its not a real bank. I have used this card at many major hotel chains with zero problem!! You all left me stranded without anywhere to sleep after my 12 hour shift, I was able to walk in to Red Roof Inn and check in at 7 am with no problem. They were more than happy to use my cars. I will definitely tell my coworkers and family to not use this hotel chain!
