Overall, the customer service and...

Liked: The room was clean and presentable upon arrival.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the shower head in the shower. It didn't have good water pressure, especially for someone like me who has a lot of hair to wash. They need to install a more modern shower head with better pressure, especially for women who have long/thick hair to wash. Also, a rail or bar in the shower would be helpful when taking a shower to hold onto something to prevent slipping while washing up.

We didn’t like it but...

Liked: I didn’t like it
Disliked: I couldn’t check in 30 minutes early. There was nobody in the front desk every time we went up front to check in or check out or when we needed something our keys to the room didn’t work. The was ppl outside smoking weed and rolling up joints. I didn’t like it at all. Going to a place with your family and not feeling safe is not good. We didn’t even feel comfortable parking our car.
