Disliked: The rooms do not provide soap for bathing and the bed is a pain.

Disliked: I booked a room with 2 beds for 3 nights and they give a room with only 1 bed it is uncomfortable for my aunt that is having a back problem. I notify the booking.com the hotel didn’t answer the call and suggested to directly notify the front desk. The guy from front desk said that the hotel has no vacancy for 2 bed room and they can only give that to us on the last day of stay. I think you should not advertise the room that is not available, it is not worth what i paid for.😞

Liked: I hated everything the staff was increadibly rude especially the front desk person Andrew needs to do his job better & treat people with respect.
Disliked: I didn’t like anything. The worse front desk people are working here. Especially Andrew was incredibly rude.
