Liked: Hotel and location was good, we have stayed there a number of time.
Disliked: On the day I was supposed to check in, I experienced a sever case of food allergy or poisoning and was unable to do so.I attempted to contact the hotel directly to advise them that I would either be very late that night, or check in the next day, but NOT to cancel my reservation, as it was prepaid via your company. Unfortunately, I no live person ever answered the phone, even when I followed prompts to hit number 4 for the front desk.Since I was finally unable to check in on the original first day of my reservation, I called on the morning of April 16th, in order to advise the that I would check in and to confirm that my original reservation made via Booking.com was valid.. Once again, despite a number of attempts, I was unable to contact the front desk and was auto-routed to Extended Stay America Central Reservations.I explained my situation and asked if my reservation was still valid, since it was pre-paid through Booking.com and the agent said NO, we show you as a No-Show and your reservation is CANCELED and a NO-Show fee applied and that the only option would be to make a reservation through Extended Stay America and pay directly upon Check-In, which I had no choice but to do do.When I asked about the money I had paid to Booking.com, the agent advised that when they reflected me as a No-Show on the orevious day, my reservation was CANCELED and I would have to contact Booking.com, for a refund, minus a No-Show fee, since the cancelation would have returned the money paid to you..When I asked the Assistant General Manager of the hotel about this, she simply said, "You have to deal with Booking.com, but they will not be easy, as they will try to hold on to the money.As of today, my Credit Card shows that I have paid both Booking.com and Extended Stay America fon the same hotel stay.Hopefully Booking.con can resolve this issue directly with Extended Stay America, rather then me having to resort to legal action.

Liked: The area and price is very enticing to stay. The staff are very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness and status of the building is very poor. The first night there, we found a bed bug in our bed. When we tried to shower, the tub was yellowing and the fan within the bathroom was loose so turning on the light sounded like someone was banging pots together.

Liked: the parking was convenient and close to the event we .
Disliked: the floors were dirty and icky and the and the bathroom sink it's clogged and did not drain call the front desk and they moved us to another room where the kitchen sink dripped water all night and the air conditioner here didn't work.
