Disliked: Don't know if the room had previous water damage, but the floor was not level/ even in the kitchenette area or bathroom

Liked: Great location and friendly staff
Disliked: The facilities definitely needs a lot of up grades. The tub paint is peeling and had a crack. The tub was not clean, it had a ring around the tub and hair. The bathroom sink had stains. The stove was so worn and not clean and the vent was missing the vent cover. Arcadia is a nice area and it's disappointing to see a hotel in such bad condition.

Disliked: No pool was probably the only bummer.
