Liked: I like the location
Disliked: What I didn’t like was the customer service that I received from this guy. He was very unwelcoming and rude. The AC did not work in our room and once called for help he would say okay and hang up. We received better help from other staff than him even though he was the one managing the front lobby. I have stayed here multiple times before and always received great customer service from other staff.

The worst nightmare

Liked: I didn’t like nothing about this hotel
Disliked: Staying at this hotel has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had! This hotel is full of cockroaches, bed bugs, and stained pillows. Although they were able to resolve the issue by refunding me for the remaining days, im very upset that they didn't refund my money for one night even though we couldn't sleep at all.

This hotel is good enough...

Liked: Location is near where we need to be.
Disliked: The front of the hotel could use regular cleaning.

Disliked: we arrived after midnight, the IT system was doing accounts reconciliation. we waited 2 hrs before we could be checked in n get key to our room. After flying & travelling for 20+ hrs, it was very frustrating. There must be a workaround with manual system to this problem.
