Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Burbank Airport

Passable

Liked: I appreciated being able to bring pets with us for a reasonable additional fee. We needed an affordable-enough place quickly, and it felt safe enough for a day or two.
Disliked: The building is in fairly rough shape--unpleasant odors, stains, worn carpet--and absolutely no frills. You have to ask for shampoo or conditioner. Everything felt grubby and there was half completed housekeeping and trash bags in the hallways.

I will never stay here...

Liked: Location, manager was super friendly but the manager should not be running all over the place doing other jobs. The company needs to make sure this location is fully staffed to where the manager can manage the facility not doing 10 different things while trying to operate the front.
Disliked: Beds are old, inside looks run down and old, was not thoroughly cleaned, there was hair around the sink. The company needs to do a better job on helping that manager out at this location.

Horrible. Very dissatisfied.

Liked: Location was close to airport
Disliked: There was no free breakfast. Nothing. Not even coffee.The room was disgusting. There was a strange smell in the room. I was very disappointed. It should be a $50 room it was so bad.

Disliked: No amenities... they false advetise everything. No breakfast, no hair dryer, no toiletries, no extra towels, bed too hard, no housekeeping during stay, leaky faucets, stains on ceiling, walls, and counters. Single ply toilet paper, etc... will not be sating here again

It was reasonable

Liked: location, some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, bed and sheets were clean, close to shopping area and Costco/Walmart
Disliked: Carpets were stained, not all utensils requested were provided though Joseph did his best to accommodate. electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work

My stay was horrible

Liked: The price and the area
Disliked: The places understaffed, it smelled really bad in the room, there's water damage and mold in the rooms, the elevator is expired, I had to walk to the store to buy cleaning products so I can sleep comfortably in the room. That place is absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure what it was about the property but for some reason I didn't feel safe and that hotel. Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been at.

Do better

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: Both the bathroom sink faucet and the bathtub faucet leaked water the entire time, no matter how tightly we closed the valves. The bathroom door towel hook fell off several times and could not be secured to the bracket. The bedroom window would not close all the way. The only options for breakfast besides coffee were oatmeal (which they ran out of), cereal bars, and muffins.

Liked: It was in a good shopping center with a lot of decent shops nearby.
Disliked: The room itself wasn’t really clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub had residue from the previous guest, and there was hair in one of the towels. Also, the whole hotel smelled stale and stuffy from excessive cigarette smoke.

Awful

Disliked: I did not like how staff was unable to help.
