Cleaning staff should be ashamed

Liked: The front desk staff and the manager Melissa are all very great, I've spent months at this hotel already this year because I am temporarily displaced, The major issue is the cleaning staff and they should be ashamed of themselves
Disliked: Every single time I stay here the cleaning staff should be ashamed of themselves. They make the beds without changing the sheets, there's always other people's hair in the bed sheets, The cleaning staff can't be bothered to wipe the bathtubs and that also has other people's hair in them all the time... Every single time I stay here these are the issues... Also the countertops are never cleaned or wiped or sanitized, whenever I come I need to wipe the countertops with a sanitizing wipe and it's disgusting, under the sink there were a bunch of tiny little insects all over, The beds and mattress are so uncomfortable it causes me to not be able to turn my neck... I've also gotten bug bites from the beds..If I ever get sick from a bug bite or if my fur baby ever gets sick from a bug bite from this place I see a very big lawsuit coming in the near future for this hotel. That's a fact. The cleaning staff should seriously be ashamed of themselves. I have yet to stay at this place and have an actual clean and sanitary room.

Very good but needs updating

Liked: First of all, the location is what always brings me to this accommodation. Everything essential is nearby. Most of the Stores open early and close late. Freeway access is easy and convenient as well.
Disliked: I think the rooms need some updating. Been staying there for the past 3 years every time i visit. The begs seem to have bedbugs and the sheets don't look and feel fresh.
